About the role
Maintain service reliability and application performance for Continuous's cloud-based revenue infrastructure platform serving enterprise companies with consumption-based business models. You'll own the operational backbone — from CI/CD to disaster recovery.
What you'll do
- Maintain service reliability and application performance standards
- Conduct capacity planning and infrastructure cost optimization
- Establish disaster recovery and high-availability mechanisms
- Manage CI/CD pipeline and release processes
- Build operational automation and tooling
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance
- Monitor and improve operational infrastructure
- Provide L2 support and troubleshooting as needed
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of DevOps, SRE, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Demonstrated cloud infrastructure experience at scale, preferably in SaaS
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, etc.)
- AWS Scaling and Kubernetes familiarity
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities
- Database performance tuning and CI/CD automation exposure
- Python scripting proficiency
- Event streaming systems experience preferred
