About the role

Continuous seeks a seasoned sales leader to build and scale the EMEA sales organization. We provide a cloud-based, embedded revenue infrastructure for consumption-based business models, integrated natively with Salesforce and NetSuite. You'll own the EMEA go-to-market and report directly to executive leadership.

What you'll do

  • Lead, develop, and scale the EMEA sales organization through recruiting, coaching, and performance management
  • Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Drive new business growth across priority markets and verticals in EMEA
  • Set and own quarterly/yearly targets, forecast performance, and report to executive leadership
  • Establish and monitor key sales KPIs and processes for predictability and scalability
  • Represent the company at industry events, analyst briefings, and customer forums

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of SaaS and enterprise sales experience in EMEA with progressive leadership responsibility
  • Proven track record building and scaling high-performance sales organizations
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-country go-to-market execution
  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, pricing, and competitor positioning
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast, plan, and execute against aggressive revenue targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region
