Marketing Coordinator
About the role
We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of our marketing programs across channels. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on getting work done — from building landing pages and writing campaign copy to supporting webinars, events, and digital campaigns. You'll work cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, and sales to bring campaigns to life and optimize their performance. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, embraces AI and modern marketing tools, and wants to grow into a key contributor on a high-performing marketing team.
What you'll do
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social, digital, and events
- Interface with external contractors, agency partners, and vendors to launch and iterate on campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and make updates to improve conversion and engagement
- Assist with A/B testing and optimization of messaging and assets
- Write and update landing page copy, email campaigns, and outreach messaging
- Support social media content creation and scheduling
- Assist with website copy updates and content publishing
- Build and update web and landing pages within WordPress and HubSpot
- Ensure content is properly formatted, on-brand, and optimized for conversion
- Support basic SEO and GEO best practices (structure, formatting, metadata updates)
- Create and edit light design assets for campaigns, social, and web
- Support video promotion efforts (distribution, clipping, formatting)
- Coordinate logistics for webinars (setup, invites, reminders, follow-ups)
- Support event execution (pre-event promotion, on-site or virtual coordination, post-event follow-up)
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, coordinator, or specialist role
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong written communication skills across formats
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar) for drafting copy, summarizing content, and improving execution speed
- Ability to use AI to enhance productivity without sacrificing quality
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) — nice to have
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) — nice to have
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe, Figma) — nice to have
- Exposure to webinar platforms (e.g. Zoom, ON24) — nice to have
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments — nice to have
