Product Marketing Coordinator
About the role
We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Product Marketing Coordinator to support go-to-market execution across product launches, messaging, and sales enablement. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on turning product and messaging direction into clear, usable outputs — from drafting sales decks and one-pagers to supporting launches and capturing customer insights. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure our product story is clear, consistent, and shows up effectively across every touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, embraces AI and modern tools, and wants to grow into a key contributor on a high-performing PMM team.
What you'll do
- Draft and refine sales decks, one-pagers, and product messaging content across formats
- Synthesize complex product, customer, and internal inputs into clear, structured messaging
- Ensure clarity and consistency across product, marketing, and sales materials
- Translate messaging into practical, usable sales assets
- Capture feedback from sales calls and synthesize key themes
- Maintain high-quality, up-to-date enablement materials aligned with current messaging
- Support execution of product launches across teams — track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
- Follow up with stakeholders to keep workstreams moving and launch assets ready on time
- Ramp quickly on technical concepts and ask precise questions to clarify how the product works and why it matters
- Conduct customer interviews to capture quotes, use cases, and outcomes
- Translate customer conversations into usable assets (case studies, quotes, video briefs)
- Coordinate with creative partners and external vendors to produce customer content (written, video, social)
- Coordinate and execute webinars and podcast programs across pre-, during-, and post-event workflows
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, product, or a related field
- Strong writing and communication skills across formats (decks, one-pagers, emails)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to take direction and turn it into clear, usable outputs
- Comfort ramping on technical concepts and asking precise, clarifying questions
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for drafting content, summarizing information, and increasing execution speed
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows
- Experience supporting product, sales, or customer-facing teams — nice to have
- Basic understanding of product marketing concepts (positioning, ICP, value props) — nice to have
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) — nice to have
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) — nice to have
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe, Figma) — nice to have
- Exposure to B2B or SaaS environments — nice to have
- Experience working with external partners (freelancers, agencies, or vendors) — nice to have
