About the role
Lead regional initiatives across EMEA, driving operational excellence and process improvements for Continuous's cloud-based revenue infrastructure platform. You'll coordinate go-to-market, enablement, and launch execution across functional groups.
What you'll do
- Spearhead regional programs that enhance process efficiencies, product launches, and operational performance in EMEA
- Manage go-to-market coordination, team enablement, and launch execution across functional groups
- Create program plans outlining milestones, potential risks, and resource allocations
- Monitor program metrics and deliver status updates to senior leadership
- Foster cross-team alignment, manage interdependencies, and address emerging challenges
- Refine and scale regional operational workflows for increased efficiency
What we're looking for
- 5+ years managing programs or projects within SaaS, technology, or enterprise sectors
- Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional, cross-regional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency with project management platforms (JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success departments
- PMP, Scrum, or comparable certifications preferred
