About the role
This is an advanced SDR position focused on building scalable outbound systems using AI and automation tools rather than traditional manual prospecting. You'll emphasize prompt engineering and modern GTM tooling to create smarter, more efficient pipeline generation. Reports to VP of Marketing.
What you'll do
- Identify and research target accounts aligned to ICP and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Create personalized messaging at scale and meet/exceed pipeline generation targets
- Deploy AI tools for research and personalization enhancement; develop prompts for messaging and account insights
- Test and refine AI-assisted outbound strategies
- Build workflows using Apollo.io and Clay; leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Support list building, segmentation, and develop scalable outbound playbooks
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in SDR/BDR/outbound sales
- Experience with prospecting tools: Apollo.io, Clay, ZoomInfo
- Experience with LLM and AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT
- CRM proficiency: Salesforce, HubSpot
- Track record of hitting pipeline/meeting targets
- Strong written communication with personalization ability
- Data-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
