About the role
Solution Architect for the EMEA region designing cloud-based revenue infrastructure solutions using quote-to-consumption workflow tools integrated with Salesforce and NetSuite for enterprise clients with consumption-based business models.
What you'll do
- Drive solution discovery, technical architecture design, and deployment planning with Sales
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and document functional/technical specifications
- Establish design principles and standards ensuring scalability and data integrity
- Define integration strategy between core systems and upstream/downstream platforms
- Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to development and consulting teams
- Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap development
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in solution architecture, enterprise pre-sales, or systems engineering
- Expertise designing cloud, SaaS, integration, and enterprise technical solutions
- Proven expertise with leading Q2C platforms; platform certification preferred
- Ability to engage customers at both technical and business levels
- Experience defining end-to-end integration architecture for Q2C landscapes with CRM/ERP interactions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
