About the role
Design and implement end-to-end solutions within the Quote-to-Cash process for our cloud-based revenue infrastructure platform integrated with Salesforce and NetSuite. You'll be a key technical leader shaping architecture and delivery for enterprise clients.
What you'll do
- Drive solution architecture and technical design aligned with enterprise strategy
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and create functional/technical specifications
- Establish design principles, standards, and best practices for system scalability and data integrity
- Define integration strategy between core systems and upstream/downstream platforms
- Serve as subject matter expert providing guidance and quality assurance during implementation
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams on product roadmap development
What we're looking for
- 5+ years designing, implementing, and supporting Q2C solutions
- Proven expertise with leading Q2C platforms (platform certification highly desirable)
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive experience defining end-to-end integration architecture for Q2C landscapes
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
