About the role
You'll bridge client needs and engineering delivery, supporting the quote-to-consumption workflow. You'll gather requirements, translate them into actionable engineering tickets, and serve as the communication bridge between clients and developers.
What you'll do
- Gather client requirements including business objectives and constraints
- Flag gaps, ambiguities, and risks in stated requirements
- Document current and future-state processes with senior guidance
- Convert requirements into structured Jira tickets for engineering teams
- Maintain accurate backlogs with assumptions and dependencies flagged
- Serve as communication bridge between clients and developers
- Validate delivered work against original requirements
- Progressively assume greater responsibility and technical ownership
What we're looking for
- Technical degree, certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience or quick learning with Jira and similar tools
- Exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ, Billing, or SaaS platforms
- Basic understanding of quote-to-cash business processes
- Familiarity with Agile or managed services delivery models
- Strong curiosity and motivation toward client-facing technical growth
